Intelligence Hub terms of use.

These terms govern your use of the Cazimi Intelligence Hub (“the Hub”) at cazimisecurity.com/intelligence-hub, including creating and using a Hub account and any event-code trial.

The Hub is provided by Cazimi Ltd, trading as Cazimi Intelligence & Security (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16744427. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@cazimisecurity.com.

By creating an account, redeeming an event code or using the Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Hub.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. These terms apply to the Hub only; our consultancy services are provided under separate written agreements.

The Hub is intended for people working in, or studying for, security, safety, intelligence, risk and related professions. To create an account you must:

• be 18 or older;
• give accurate details and keep them up to date;
• hold no more than one account, which is for your use only.

We may decline or close an account where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Do not share your login details. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and tell us at info@cazimisecurity.com.

The role, topics and site postcode you choose during set-up are used to arrange your dashboard. You can change them at any time from Preferences.

The Hub brings together publicly available and official information for situational awareness, including:

• the UK national terrorism threat level, as published on GOV.UK and by MI5;
• news releases from Counter Terrorism Policing and guidance from ProtectUK;
• street-level crime data from data.police.uk, and published statistics from bodies such as the Office for National Statistics, the Home Office and the Association of British Insurers;
• incidents in Europe compiled from Wikidata and the sources cited for each entry, and figures from Europol’s annual terrorism report;
• links to open-source tools and official resources.

The Hub is currently free. We may add, change or remove features and sources at any time.

Content in the Hub is general information. It is not professional security, legal or risk advice and does not replace an assessment of your own site, event or operation.

• Data comes from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or revised. Locations on maps may be approximate, and incident lists cover only events recorded by the sources used.
• You remain responsible for your own decisions, risk assessments and legal duties, including any duties under the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 or health and safety law.
• Where a decision matters, check the original source linked in the Hub and take appropriate professional advice.

The Hub is not monitored in real time and must not be used to report or respond to an emergency.

• In an emergency, call 999.
• To report suspicious activity or possible terrorist activity, use the GOV.UK reporting service or call the Anti-Terrorist Hotline on 0800 789 321.

You may use the Hub only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the Hub in breach of any law, including the Computer Misuse Act 1990, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Hub, other accounts, our systems or the data behind them, or interfere with their security or operation;
• copy, scrape or extract Hub content in bulk by automated means, or resell or republish it as your own service;
• use the Hub to identify, track, harass or target any individual, or to plan or assist unlawful activity;
• introduce malicious code, overload the service or attempt to get around access controls or trial time limits;
• misrepresent who you are or your connection with any organisation.

We may investigate suspected misuse and report it to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

Information from third parties remains subject to its own licence and terms. In particular:

• police.uk, Office for National Statistics, Home Office and GOV.UK data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0;
• Wikidata content is available under CC0, and Wikipedia text under CC BY-SA;
• map tiles are provided by Esri and its data partners, credited on each map.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The Hub, including its design, logo, text, layout and the way information is selected and arranged, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Hub for your own professional purposes while your account is active.

Apart from what third-party licences allow, you may not copy, reproduce or distribute Hub content without our written permission. Short extracts for your own internal reports are fine where you credit the original source.

If you send us ideas through the suggestion form or otherwise, we may use them to improve the Hub without any obligation to you.

Event codes give time-limited access to the Hub, usually 10 minutes, without an account. Codes are issued at our discretion, may expire or be withdrawn at any time, and must not be shared publicly. These terms apply during a trial.

We aim to keep the Hub available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may suspend, restrict, change or withdraw the Hub, or any part of it, for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. Where practical, we will give notice of significant changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

If you use the Hub as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the paragraphs above:

• because the Hub provides general information free of charge, we are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on it;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or data, or for business interruption, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
• we are not liable for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party sources or websites;
• our total liability to you in connection with the Hub is limited to £100.

You can close your account at any time by emailing info@cazimisecurity.com from the address registered to it.

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect misuse or a security risk, or if we withdraw the Hub. Where we close an account for reasons other than a breach, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

After an account is closed, we handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including deletion within 90 days unless we need to keep it longer for a legal reason.

We send emails needed to run your account, such as email confirmation, password resets and notice of important changes to the Hub or these terms. We send briefings or marketing emails only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Hub or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Where a change is significant, we will tell you by email or when you next sign in. If you continue to use the Hub after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree to them, you can close your account.

• These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Hub.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
